To get the Golden Watering Can, you must retain a perfect town status for a minimum of 15 days. Then when you visit Pelly/Phillis at the Town Hall and ask about the environment, you will be told there is a delivery for you: this package contains your golden item.

- Plant lots of trees and flowers

- Make sure there are no areas without trees or flowers. Also make sure you can walk between trees.
